We deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment.
We send with trusted carriers: Royal Mail (tracked where available) for cards and smaller parcels, and reliable tracked couriers for larger or heavier items.

Postage rates

Economy cards — £1.90 (low-value raw singles, 2nd Class untracked).
Tracked cards — £4.35 (valuable cards and slabs, Tracked 24).
Small parcel — £6.55 (games, manga and boxed figures, up to ~2kg).
Large / heavy — £9.85 (consoles, LEGO sets and bundles, up to ~20kg).
Some unusually large, heavy or high-value items have their own postage price, shown on the item page.
Economy cards: 1–6 low-value cards cost £1.90 in total by Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service is untracked; proof of postage is kept.
Card bundles: 7–20 cards move to £4.35 Royal Mail Tracked 24, and 21+ cards move to £6.55 tracked parcel packing. If the cards in your basket are worth £20 or more, delivery is tracked.
Tracked upgrade: eligible economy baskets can choose Tracked 24 for £4.35 in total.
Combined postage: you pay one delivery charge per order. Mixed baskets use the highest service needed, never one charge per item.
The exact postage is always shown in your basket and before you pay. There is no free-delivery threshold.

Cards go out sleeved, in a toploader or card saver, inside a rigid mailer.
Boxed toys, games and consoles are wrapped and packed in sturdy boxes to arrive in the condition described.
When your order ships we'll email you, with a tracking number where one is available.

If your parcel hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out.
