Terms & conditions 規約

These terms apply to every order placed on normanime.com. The shop is run by NORMANIME by NORSE23 Solutions ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your order

• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
• Most items are one-offs. Your item is held for 30 minutes while you pay, and is only yours once payment is confirmed.
• Your contract with us starts when we email you confirming payment.
• If something goes wrong and we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Item descriptions

• We describe the condition of every item honestly and photograph the actual item where we can.
• Pre-owned and vintage items may show normal signs of age and use, as described in the listing.
• Grades on graded cards are given by the grading company, not by us.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Postage

• Postage is charged once per order. Eligible low-value cards start at £1.90 by untracked Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an optional £4.35 tracked upgrade.
• Larger card bundles, higher-value cards and other items automatically use the tracked or parcel service shown before payment.
• We send with Royal Mail and trusted tracked couriers. Delivery times are estimates once an item has left us.
• There is no free-delivery threshold. The postage shown at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery and returns

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We dispatch within 48 hours to UK addresses. See our delivery and returns & refunds pages for full details.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
